⚠ UAT verification — 4 dispense tabs

The Pharmacy Dispense Workbench (triangular.dispenseworkbench, file app/pharmacy/dispenseworkbench.tmpl.html) on UAT 2026-04-28 renders 4 tabs:

1. Dispensing — main dispense queue
2. Med Non-Stock — non-stock medication handling
3. IP Fill — inpatient fill queue
4. Returns — med return handling

The 5-step Dispense flow documented below operates within the Dispensing tab. IP Fill and Returns are sibling tabs, not subsections of the main flow.

Filter / Search Fields

Order List Display

ผลลัพธ์แสดงแยกตาม รายชื่อผู้ป่วย และ Order Number

• ผู้ป่วยรายเดียวกัน สั่งยาต่างเวลา → Order Number แตกต่างกัน

เมื่อ click ที่ใบสั่งยา ระบบแสดง Details ประกอบด้วย:

Alert Icons (คอลัมน์ Alerts)

Action Buttons (สถานะใบสั่งยา)

Allocate — รายละเอียดขั้นตอน

เมื่อกด Allocate ระบบแสดง:

หลัง Allocate:

• ระบบแสดง Alert popup → ใส่เหตุผล → Save
• พิมพ์ฉลากยา + ใบสั่งยาอัตโนมัติ
• สถานะ → Dispensed

Partially Allocated: เมื่อ Stock ไม่พอ → จ่ายบางส่วนได้ → สถานะ → Partially Allocated + พิมพ์ใบค้างยาได้

IP Fill Tab

สำหรับผู้ป่วยใน — ดู Pharmacy Dispensing Screen หรือ Pharmacy Dispensing Workflow

สถานะ IP Fill:

• Dispensed — ตัดจ่ายทุกรายการสมบูรณ์
• Partially Dispensed — ตัดจ่ายบางรายการ
• Cancelled — มีการยกเลิกรายการ

Returns Tab

Cancel Restrictions

ไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้เมื่อ Patient Status เป็น:

• Medical Discharge
• Billing In Progress
• Financial Discharge

→ ต้องให้เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องเปลี่ยนสถานะก่อน
