1. ขอบเขต / Scope

KMCH HIS Wiki (kmch-wiki.vercel.app) เป็นเอกสารคู่มือการใช้งานระบบ HIS สำหรับ King Mongkut Chaokhunthahan Hospital / โรงพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหาร ไม่เก็บข้อมูลผู้ใช้ ไม่มี analytics ที่ติดตามตัวบุคคล

This wiki is a static documentation site for KMCH HIS users. It does not collect personal data about visitors and uses no person-tracking analytics.

2. ภาพหน้าจอ / Screenshots

ภาพหน้าจอทุกภาพในเว็บไซต์นี้มาจากระบบ UAT (User Acceptance Testing) ของ KMCH ซึ่งใช้ข้อมูลตัวอย่างไม่ใช่ข้อมูลผู้ป่วยจริง ภาพถูกตรวจสอบและซ่อนข้อมูลที่อาจระบุตัวบุคคล (เช่น เลขประจำตัวประชาชน, HN, ชื่อ-สกุล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์) ก่อนนำเผยแพร่

All screen captures originate from KMCH's UAT environment with mock data — no real patient information. Captures are reviewed and identifiers (Thai national ID, HN, names, phone numbers) are masked before publication.

3. การรายงานปัญหา / Reporting an issue

หากพบภาพหน้าจอที่อาจมีข้อมูลผู้ป่วยจริงหลุดเข้ามา หรือพบเนื้อหาที่ต้องแก้ไข โปรดติดต่อ ทีม IT KMCH ผ่านอีเมล (ช่องทางจะระบุภายหลัง) ทีมจะลบหรือซ่อนภาพภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงนับจากที่ได้รับแจ้ง

If you find a screen capture containing real patient data, or content that needs correction, contact KMCH IT team via email (channel TBD). Captures will be removed or masked within 24 hours of report.

5. หลัก PDPA / PDPA basis

เนื้อหาในเว็บไซต์นี้เป็นเอกสารทางเทคนิคสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาล ไม่ใช่การประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตามนิยามของ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 มาตรา 24 และ 26 หากภาพหน้าจอมีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ปรากฏโดยไม่ตั้งใจ ถือว่าเป็นข้อผิดพลาดและจะถูกแก้ไขทันที

Content here is technical documentation for hospital staff and does not constitute personal-data processing under PDPA 2562 (2019) Sections 24 and 26. If a screenshot inadvertently shows personal data, it is treated as an error and corrected immediately.
